POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Please read and adhere to The Lauren Pool Rules and Regulations.

2. All Guests must be accompanied by a resident.

3. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by an adult.

4. No Lifeguard is on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.

5. No Diving allowed. No running, no pushing, no wrestling, no ball playing, no jumping, or any rough play in or about the pool.

6. The pool may be closed by Management at any time if judged necessary.

7. Pets are not allowed in the pool or roof deck area.

8. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and deck area.

9. For the safety and protection of others using the pool, persons with skin abrasions, colds, inflamed eyes, contagious conditions or infections, or wearing bandages are not to use the pool.

10. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the roof deck and in the pool area is prohibited.

11. Persons under the influence of alcohol shall not use the pool or roof deck.

12. The pool is open from 6:00AM to 1:00AM 7 days a week.

13. Residents and/or Guests who are observed to be violating pool regulations will be asked to leave the pool area immediately. Violations may also result in a fine and/or a revocation of pool privileges.

14. Security keys will only be issued to residents of The Lauren who have a completed Pool Use Agreement on file.

15. Soft sole slippers or shoes and robes or other suitable garments must be worn to go between your residence and the pool/pool area. Appropriate attire must be worn while sunbathing, swimming or otherwise using the roof-garden

16. Parents or guardians who accompany children must remain with the children during the time the children are in the pool area, and are responsible for the children's actions. The guardian/parent is also responsible for any and all damage that may occur.

17. The Association and its agents assume no responsibility for any accidents or injuries in connection with use of the pool. Persons using the pool release and indemnify the Association and its members and agents from any claims in connection with any loss of life or personal injury or damage to or loss of personal property. A POOL USE AGREEMENT for residents or a POOL GUEST AGREEMENT for all others must be completed and be on file in the Association's business office.

18. Any person responsible for any property damage or loss will be responsible for the cost thereof.

19. The Association is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property of any kind. Residents/guests are cautioned against leaving unguarded valuables in the pool area.

20. Owners/Residents are responsible for all actions of their children and guests.

21. All persons must shower before entering the pool.

22. Group functions involving 6 or more individuals must secure advance permission management. This is accomplished through securing, completing, submitting and having approved a ROOF GARDEN USE AGREEMENT FORM at least one week in advance of the scheduled event.

24. Group functions that allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages shall also be properly registered through management at least two weeks prior to the proposed date, using a modified version of the ROOF GARDEN USE AGREEMENT FORM. Terms of this agreement include the securing of adequate liability insurance coverage by the host of the party.

25. Children under the age of three (3) are not allowed in the pool.
