POOL GUEST AGREEMENT In consideration of permission to use the swimming pool of the Lauren, a Condominium, as a guest of a resident of the Condominium, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she has been advised that there will be no lifeguard on duty at the pool and that the undersigned will use the swimming pool at his/her own risk. The undersigned further acknowledges that his/her right to use the swimming pool may be suspended in the event of any violation by the undersigned of the condominium instruments or rules of the Condominium or in the event of any unsafe conduct in connection with the use of the pool or related facilities. The undersigned hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the Unit Owners
Association of the Lauren, A Condominium, and its members, directors, officers, agents, employees and contractors from and against any and all claims,
damages, liability, and causes of action, including costs and attorney's fees, arising from or related in any way to the use, by the undersigned or by
his/her family, guests, licensees or invitees, of the swimming pool and related facilities at the Condominium.
