Roofgarden Functions

 As the weather starts to become more enticing to outdoor activity we want to remind all Lauren residents of the policies and procedures currently in effect applicable to roofgarden group functions.

If the function will involve attendance of more than six (6) individuals you must preregister with the association.

This preregistration includes the residents completion and submission of the appropriate  pool and desk use agreement as well as any monies and insurance requirements that accompany the particular form.

The gathering is not authorized until such time as the agreement is ratified by a member of the Board of Directors of the association.

Agreement forms may be downloaded here. They may also be obtained from the Property Manager. Please leave a request at the front desk or e-mail thelauren@juno.com.

Please note that agreements are accepted on a first come/first served basis. Only one (1) function may be held at any given time.

These criteria have been longstanding and are prominently displayed on the large sign posted as you enter the outdoor roof area. They are also repeated annually in the pool rules and regulations that are distributed to all residents when the pool season officially commences.

Thus, if a function is (or has been) held without prior approval the resident hosting the event will be billed the highest of the use fees currently in effect.
