As bannered above the Lauren will be conducting a mandatory triennial electric preventative maintenance program on Saturday October 24, 1998. While this program is being conducted ALL electrical power will be shut off in the building. This includes both residential units and common areas. There will be no elevator service, nor lights in the hallways and stairs (the batteries in the emergency fights will only work for about an hour). Even the garage/parking lot door/gate will not function.

For those who must ingress and egress a supply of loaner flashlights will be maintained at the front desk. However, you are strongly encouraged to leave the building prior to the work commencing and time your return to be after the test is concluded.
