2003-2004:
25th annual meeting
Projects:
· Planned
to have a somewhat quiet year to build capital reserves.
· New more
visually appealing and more secure fence around the rear parking lot and tree boxes
· Looking
into an overall engineering evaluation of the HVAC system.
Financial, Etc.
· The
Association remains in good financial condition.
· Capital
reserves have increased and we are keeping pace with contributions as recommended by the reserve study.
· The
mortgage on the association owned unit was paid off this year.
· The
rental market for the building remains solid and the sale value of units in the building continues to go higher.
· Utilities
continue to be high as do insurance rates.
· Audit to
follow
Staff
We continue to be fortunate with our wonderful
building staff. We have been able to maintain a very skilled, conscientious and trustworthy staff. A great deal of the success of our association can be attributed to their diligent efforts.
