POOL
USE AGREEMENT
As a condition of
the issuance of a key for access to the swimming pool,
the undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she has been
advised that there will be no lifeguard on duty at the
pool and that the undersigned and his/her family and
guests will use the swimming pool at their own risk
The
undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that he/she
shall provide to the front desk of the Condominium a Pool
Guest Agreement, signed by any guest who will be using
the pool, before such guest enters the pool area.
The
undersigned further acknowledges that his/her right to
use the swimming pool may be suspended in the event of
any violation by the undersigned or his/her family or
guests of the condominium instruments or rules of the
Condominium or in the event of any unsafe conduct by such
persons in connection with the use of the pool or related
facilities.
The undersigned hereby releases, indemnifies,
and holds harmless the Unit Owners Association of the
Condominium, and its members, directors, officers, agents,
employees, and contractors from and against any and all
claims, damages, liability, and causes of action,
including costs and attorney's fees, arising from or
related in any way to the use, by the undersigned or by
his/her family, guests, licensees or invitees, of the
swimming pool and related facilities at the Condominium.
