OF THE LAUREN BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
MAY 17, 2011
CONVENING
OF MEETING
The meeting was called to order in unit 908 at 7:00 p.m. by Roger Hirschland. In
attendance were board members Roger Hirschland, Elizabeth VanderPutten, John Filice, Dwight Clark,
and Amy Bertha.
DETERMINING OF ROLES
Per the Condominium bylaws the board met and decided on their roles for the following year. The following positions were established:
- Amy Bertha, Secretary
- Dwight Clark, Second Vice President
- John M. Filice, Treasurer
- Roger B. Hirschland, President
- Elizabeth A. VanderPutten, First Vice President
NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING
The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for
Monday, June 27, 2011
at
7 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at
7:20 p.m.
