MINUTES OF THE LAUREN BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
MAY 8, 2010 (Revised)

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Roger Hirschland. Present were other board members Elizabeth VanderPutten, John Filice, Barrett Witkin, and Dwight Clark.

SELECTION OF OFFICERS

The board met to assign new officers. The positions are allotted this way for 2010-2011:

President: Roger Hirschland
Secretary: Barrett Witkin 
Treasurer: John Filice
First Vice President: Elizabeth VanderPutten 
Second Vice President: Dwight Clark 

OTHER BUSINESS

Front Desk Renovation

The proposal submitted by Margery Schuran for renovation of the front office for just under $10,000 was approved by the board. The president will work with the property manager to expedite the contract.

NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The next meeting date has been changed from Wednesday, May 19, 2010 to Monday, May 17, 2010.

ADJOURNMENT  

The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
