MINUTES OF THE LAUREN BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
MAY 14, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Roger Hirschland. Present were other board members Dwight Clark, Elizabeth VanderPutten, and John Filice.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

The board met for the sole purpose of selecting officers for 2009-2010. They selected the following.

  • President - Roger Hirschland
  • Secretary - Elizabeth VanderPutten
  • Treasurer - John Filice
  • First Vice President - Dwight Clark
  • Second Vice President - Barrett Witkin

NEXT MEETING

The next meeting was scheduled for June 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
