RE: Maintenance Availability
DATE: October 22, 1999


Please be advised that Cacho will be on personal leave from
October 23-November 7 inclusive.

With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency
requests for within-unit maintenance until his return. Work orders
that are submitted during this time will be processed and repairs
effected upon his return. Requests will be prioritized and repairs
scheduled accordingly.

Malfunctions affecting common areas will be resolved through the
use of back-up services arranged by Lauren management.

Most importantly, during Cacho's absence, unit owners and/or
their tenants will have to contract with outside vendors should a
sudden need for their services arise in a residential unit. Upon
request Lauren management will be able to provide names of
service companies (eg. plumbers) who have worked in the Lauren
in the past.
