If you are interested in having your INTERIOR/EXTERIOR window surfaces cleaned please be advised that the following arrangement has been secured. Please note that while Lauren management will assist in facilitating this process the individual unit owner/resident and contractor bear ultimate responsibility in this matter. Particulars are:

COST:

  • 3 panel windows - $29.61
  • 2 panel windows - $17.98
  • Screen - $17.98 (soap & water-not scraping)

TIME FRAME: To be determined- tentatively set for October 18th & 19th. Exactdate(s) will be sent to those who subscribe to this service.

DEADLINE: If interested please complete the attached form . Return to the front desk on or before OCTOBER 4th

PAYMENT: Calculate the amount due and submit with your request. Payment should be made payable to:

CAPON CLEANING CONTRACTORS. INC.

Alternately, payment may be done upon provision of service (no later) if owner/resident is at home when windows/screens are cleaned.

OTHER:

A. Capon cleaned windows in the Lauren in 1998, 1997, 1995 and 1994.

B. All interested parties will either be at home or provide an admit slip to allow services to be accomplished.

C. AN who sign up for this service will remove any belongings on or below each window to allow for easier access, and to avoid breakage. Windows will not be cleaned if this criteria is not met.

D. All work will be done from inside the apartment. In order to clean windows screens will have to be removed, as well as one panel of glass.

Windows may be cleaned without having screens done; however, if screens are done then windows must also be cleaned.

F. Work will be done during business hours.

G. Capon carries Workmen's Compensation and general liability insurance.
