RE: Maintenance Availability

Please be advised that Cacho will be on vacation from June 19-July 17 inclusive. We have; however, made arrangements with Cacho to have him work his regular shift (7:00AM-5:00PM) at the Lauren on Mondays and Thursdays during that time period.

With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for within-unit maintenance until his return. Work orders that are submitted during this time will be processed and repairs effected on the following Monday/Thursday as time permits. We will attempt to avoid a backlog, but requests will be prioritized and repairs scheduled accordingly.

Malfunctions affecting common areas will be resolved through the use of back-up services arranged by Lauren management.

Most importantly, during Cacho's vacation, unit owners and/or their tenants will have to contract with outside vendors should a sudden need for their services arise in a residential unit. Upon request Lauren management will be able to provide names of service companies (eg. plumbers) who have worked in the Lauren in the past.
