RE: 1999 Pool Season

Please be aware of the following as they relate to the
1999 pool season at The Lauren.
1. The pool has been filled. It is scheduled to be
stabilized (appropriate chemicals added) today. Barring
unforeseen happenstances the pool will be officially open
Wednesday May 19th.
2. The pool season is scheduled to be from May 19th -
October 1st.
3. Attached please find the following forms:
A. Pool Rules. Please read
and abide by them. Please
especially note:
Pool Hours.
Pool is open from 6:00AM-1:00AM. The door to
the roof garden will be locked at 1:00AM and
reopened at 6:00AM.
Glass
containers are prohibited.
Alcohol
is prohibited.
Age requirements.
Children under the age of 16 must be
accompanied by an adult. Children under the
age of 3 are not allowed in the pool.
B. Pool Use Agreement.
All residents are asked to complete this form and
return it to the front desk. We realize that this is
repetitive for some, but it is the easiest manner for
management to track compliance.
4. Other forms that you should be
aware of:
A. Pool Guest
Agreement. Your guests are welcome
to use the pool/roof garden if this form is completed.
Only 1 form per person per season is required. Blank
copies will be available at the front desk, and at the in/out
box by the entrance to the pool. [Click here

returned to the front desk or the appropriate box at the
penthouse location.
B. Pool and Deck (Garden) Party Use Agreement. If you
plan on hosting a function involving 10 or more
individuals this form which is obtainable from the
Property Manager must be completed, submitted and
approved at least one week in advance of the scheduled
event. Management will secure details of the event and
will advise of specific requirements of the association.
Cost for this non-exclusive use of the area is $75.00 (non-refundable)
and an additional $75.00 deposit which is refundable
absent Rule violations a nd/or repairs/extraordinary
cleaning during/after the function. The Association has
additional requirements and charges if you are desirous
of serving alcohol at your function. Please contact the
Property Manager at least three weeks prior to your
proposed event to secure necessary forms.
5. Keys. A security key is necessary for admission to
this area. Keys will only be issued to residents of the
Lauren who have a Pool Use Agreement on file.
