Lauren maintenance
began to service convectors (Monday thru Friday).
Because of safety concerns, heat is turned off during
day and reactivated in late afternoon. Additional
notice will be forthcoming as your floor is due to be
serviced. This process works from the top floor
downward and should be completed by April 10th.

Boilers that
provide heat are turned off. If, because of
unseasonably cold weather, heat is required they can
and will be reactivated. During this period (when the
boilers are off) you may still use your fan for
circulation, but the air will not be heated.

| Early
April |
(Or when weather
conditions indicate that heating is no longer
foreseeable) McQuay Service, our HVAC contractor, and
Wayne Hall the association engineer will valve the
system over to air conditioning positions/settings.
Other various components (e.g.. cooling tower) will
have already been prepared for the cooling season.
When this occurs heat is no longer available.

As daily weather
conditions (heat/humidity) dictate air conditioning
will be activated/deactivated. Continuous running of
the air conditioning system usually takes place by
early May and continues until mid October.
