I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that Mr. Rohan Cato has joined the front desk staff of the Lauren for the Holiday season. Mr. Cato will be working weekday evening shifts. He will be covering for Henry Ambe, who will be on vacation.

Mr. Cato has extensive experience as a front desk clerk, and for the past 15 years has served in that capacity at the Greenbriar Condominium on upper Massachusetts Ave. He has spent time training with current Lauren desk clerks. He will assume official duties on Monday, December 21, 1998.

If the opportunity presents itself please take a moment to introduce yourself to Mr. Cato.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as he becomes familiar with both Lauren residents and policies.
