Lauren, A Condominium LOBBY Renovation Phase IVCommences Thursday, August 6, 1998 Phase IV is scheduled to last from August 6, 1998-August 13, 1998. Phase IV will involve the gutting and restoration of the front desk area. ***IMPORTANT NOTES *** During this phase the front desk office will be out of operation. Clerks will be stationed behind a desk in the lobby. As usual they will be on duty 24 hours a day. The Lauren's business phone will continue in operation, as will the buzzer allowing the clerks to admit guests. Normal entry/security procedures will be in effect. Specifically entry/exit will continue to be through the main door. The greatest impact upon daily operations will relate to functions utilizing the services of the front desk "pigeon-hole" mailboxes. These mailboxes will be moved to the lobby area tomorrow (Thursday). For several days bulk mail will continue to be put in the pigeon holes. When this structure is removed for refinishing each unit will have a manila envelope for bulk mail to be put in and picked up from. We strongly suggest that other materials be removed from the pigeon holes until they are back in the regul ar office. Packages will also be delivered to and stored in the alternate desk area. The renovation is proceeding according to schedule. It is still anticipated that this project will be completed in mid August. As each new phase commences, notice will be promulgated to all residents informing them of any foreseen impact upon daily operations of the association. Thank you for your Patience and Understanding!
