Lauren, A Condominium LOBBY Renovation Phase III I/IICommences Monday July 20, 1998 Phase III I/II is scheduled to last from July 20, 1998 - July 25, 1998. Phase III I/II will involve the completion of spackling and sanding in both the lobby and first floor corridor, painting of doors/door frames, and hanging of wallcovering in both the lobby and first floor corridor. ***NOTES *** As mentioned in last week's construction report workers will be on site tomorrow (Saturday July 18, 1998). They will primarily be sanding and it is expected that a good amount of dust will be generated during the sanding process. Every effort will be made to minimize dust and clean up will be performed throughout the day. However, the dust particles are extremely fine and tend to get everywhere. The sanding is expected to conclude on either Monday the 20th or Tuesday the 21st. Painting of doors and door frames will begin in midweek. When painting stage is reached residents of the first floor will be notified. In as much as unit doors will have to be left open for several hours for paint to dry the Lauren will have a staff member on duty in the first floor corridor during the period involved. It is expected that normal routines will be in effect. Specifically entry/exit will be through the main door, and the front desk will function as usual. The renovation is proceeding according to schedule. It is still anticipated that this project will be completed in mid August. As each new phase commences notice will be promulgated to all residents informing them of any foreseen impact upon daily operations of the association. Thank you for your Patience and Understanding!
