Lobby Renovation Begins Monday

Eagerly Awaited...Long Anticipated

LOBBY Renovation

Commences Monday June 22, 1998

Phase one is scheduled to last between June 22, 1998 - July 4, 1998. During this time ingress/egress through the front doors as normal will generally be available. During limited, brief periods foot traffic to the Lauren may be diverted to the N Street door. Signs will clearly provide directions to pedestrians. The front desk will continue regular operations.

In phase one the following work will occur:

Vestibule and Lobby-

Frame and partially drywall ceilings in lobby and vestibule.

Laminate and remove existing wood paneling in lobby and install drywall.

Elevator Lobby-

Cut carpet, frame and drywall new pilasters and coves at elevator lobby.

Electrical Work-

electrical work in lobby and corridor.

Drywall-

install new drywall.

It is anticipated that this project will be completed in mid August. As each new phase commences notice will be promulgated to all residents informing them of any foreseen impact upon daily operations of the association.
