Please be advised that Cacho will be on leave from February 18, 2010 to-February 24 inclusive. He will also not be on-site February 17, 2010 as it is a regularly scheduled day off. With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for within-unit maintenance until his return. Work orders submitted during his absence will be prioritized, processed and repairs effected upon his return. Malfunctions affecting common areas will be resolved through the use of back-up services arranged by Lauren management. Most importantly, during Cacho's absence, unit owners and/or their tenants will have to contract with outside vendors should a sudden need for their services arise in a residential unit. Upon request Lauren management will be able to provide names of service companies (eg. plumbers) who have worked in the Lauren in the past.
