Please be advised that the Property Manager will be on leave, and out of the area, from January 21-January 27 inclusive.
Correspondence received during his absence will be responded to upon his return.
The front desk staff, Lauren maintenance (Cacho), the members of the Board of Directors, and the association's financial management agent (Simmons Management Group of College Park MD) may be utilized as alternate resources depending upon the nature of the issue involved.
