Due to a recent change in association policy regarding timing of notification to residents when services will be interrupted, the scheduled stripping and waxing of the laundry room and adjacent areas on January 12, 2010 has been postponed.
The project has been rescheduled for Tuesday January 19, 2010 7:00am-6:00pm
The laundry room will be closed during the above time frame. All machines will be out of service.
In addition to the laundry room the elevator lobby and the south passageway to the garage itself will also be stripped and waxed. The elevators will not go to the ground level and you will not be able to access the garage from the south. You can access the garage via the Sunderland (north) steps.
Please exercise caution when in the area!
