The interior renovation of many common areas of The Lauren is nearing completion.
NEW CARPET IS BEING INSTALLED THIS WEEK. (OF COURSE THIS MEANS THE OLD CARPET HAS TO BE REMOVED FIRST).
Please exercise caution when in or around any areas actively being worked on.
While Lauren maintenance performed a thorough cleaning and dusting of the hallways over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend (after the painters had finished sanding) it is anticipated that an additional cleaning/dusting will have to be done after the carpet is installed.
