Central Heating & Cooling System

Please be informed that the building is currently valved to the air conditioning mode. However, due to the present cool temperatures the air conditioning system has been shut off.

The Board of Directors has today authorized the switching of the system over to the heating mode.

We have contacted the installer and manufacturer of the recently added boiler system and asked that they schedule an official start-up at their earliest opportunity.

When we receive an exact date from them we will post it so that all residents are aware.
