BUILDING WIDE AIR CONDITIONING OUTAGE:
THURSDAY MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON
&
FRIDAY MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON
As part of the main boiler replacement project certain valves have to be replaced.
This is scheduled to take place THURSDAY JULY 16, 2009 and FRIDAY,
JULY 17, 2009.
As part of the main boiler replacement project a major valve and a
water holding tank have to be replaced.
This is scheduled to take place THURSDAY JULY 16, 2009 and FRIDAY JULY 17, 2009.
There will be NO AIR CONDITIONING in the entire building between approximately 6:OOAM-2:OOPM on THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2009.
There will ALSO be NO AIR CONDITIONING in the entire building between approximately 6:OOAM-2:OOPM on FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2009.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding. This is the final planned water or air conditioning outage. Hopefully, no unexpected situations will arise that would necessitate additional outages.

A crane will be set up on 20th St., near the Sunderland Place corner. It will be lifting the new boilers into the Lauren's rooftop mechanical room. It will also be removing all debris from the old system.
The northern portion of the roofdeck will be closed off until the cranework is completed.
