Re: 4th of July - Roofgarden Protocol

As long time Lauren residents are well aware, the 4th of July is typically the most crowded day on the roofgarden. Activities such as sunbathing and barbequing are popular during the day.

The fireworks draw a large number of people to the roof in the evening.

In order that all enjoy a safe holiday please be aware of, and comply with, the following association policies:

1. All regular rules remain in effect. Specifically:

    1. No groups in excess of six (6) individuals
    2. No glass
    3. No alcohol

2. In order to assist in maintaining a safe and user friendly area the roofgarden will be monitored by an individual hired by the association.

3. As part of procedure all residents and guests will be required to sign in prior to entering the roofgarden area.
