As part of the domestic hot water boiler replacement certain repiping has to be effected.

This will take place TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2009.

There will be NO DOMESTIC HOT WATER in the entire building between approximately 12:00 MIDNIGHT-6:00AM on Tuesday June 16th.

This means there will be NO HOT WATER in any bathroom, kitchen, or laundry room.

As this time we believe that domestic cold water will continue to be available, though this is subject to revision.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding.

Also note that, in accordance with recently adopted Board of Director's policy the front desk will be informed when water is turned off and when service is reactivated. Thus you can check status of operations with the front desk. Likewise, should proposed service be postponed desk will also be informed that turn-offs will not occur as scheduled.

Hopefully this will be the last of the water outages, though please be forewarned there will be some air conditioning abatement of services within the next month as the conversion to a new boiler continues. As always, advance notice will be posted.
