Just a gentle reminder.

The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners Association will be held five (5) days from today: Monday, May 12, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Washington Marriott Hotel, 1221 22nd St., N.W. and will start at 7: 00 PM.

If you will not be able to attend the 2008 Annual Meeting please be sure to submit a proxy in advance of May 12, 2008. A copy is attached for your use. While we sincerely hope you will be able to be with us in-person, please at the very least let us have your support to discuss and vote on the on-going business of the Association.

If you have already submitted a proxy (click for copy), we are greatly appreciative. If you are going to avail yourself of the proxy procedure you are requested to properly complete the entire form (including witness signature, address, and date of completion) to assure you are in compliance with District of Columbia legislation, and thus make your proxy valid.

Please return all proxies either to the front desk, or to the person designated as your proxy, before 5:00PM on Monday May 12th.

PS. In order to track our progress towards securing the quorum necessary to hold the Annual Meeting it would be appreciated if you would notify us if you have already submitted your proxy directly to the person you have designated (as opposed to handing it in at the desk) . The proxy will, of course, still have to submit the official form at the registration table the night of the meeting. If this applies to you please complete, detach and return to the front desk.
