Water Turn-Off -Additional Date

As initially mentioned in a memo posted April 2, 2007 Oasis Mechanical will be replacing a number of domestic water valves throughout the building. In order for this to be accomplished it will be necessary to turn off ALL water to the building. Water currently in the pipes will have to be drained.

The last of these water-shut offs will allow us to replace the two (2) remaining valves in the main hallway servicing residential units. As with the others these valves are located in the ceiling above the 10th floor hallway.

Water will be turned off for the entire building

Thursday June 28, 2007 8:30 AM-1:00 PM

Important things for you to know:

1. Please make sure all hot and cold water valves are turned OFF in both your bathroom(s) and kitchen.

2. After the pipes are refilled and you run your faucet you may experience some air and/or sediment. This is perfectly normal. Please turn your faucets back on slowly.

3. If work is completed prior to 1:00 PM water will be turned back on sooner. The front desk will be kept apprised of progress.

4. We hope to be able to maintain the building wide air conditioning. However, if the water level in the cooling tower is sufficiently reduced the system will shut down on a safety mode.

5. Because all work is being done on the top floor water will only have to be drained down to that level and thus some lower floors will most likely initially still have water. However, as the system will not be refilled during the day additional floors will also most likely lose their water.

As always, many thanks for your cooperation and understanding! Walter J. Krolman Property Manager June 26, 2007
