PLEASE READ

The Board of Directors has recently approved the painting of the garage door and the driveway leading to the garage. In order to paint the garage door the garage door itself will have to remain in the CLOSED POSITION for approximately twelve (12) hours. During this time cars, bicycles, and pedestrians will NOT be able to enter or leave these areas.

The Board has requested that this be done on a weekend due to light usage of the garage, as well as generally greater availability of on-street parking.

Therefore, please be advised that the garage and ramp will be closed as follows

JULY 3, 2005

1000 AM- 1000 PM

Please remove your car from the garage prior to 1000 AM if you plan on using it on July 3rd.
