Early this afternoon the President of the association’s Board of Directors authorized the changing of the building’s central energy plant from cooling to heating.

Lauren maintenance and our mechanical service contractor have started to effect this transition. We anticipate that heat will be activated no later than tomorrow, Thursday the 26th of October, and there is a slight possibility that the heat may be turned on this evening.

The Board appreciated hearing from residents on this matter and with your views and comfort in mind then being able to respond to this unanticipated cold snap.
