Engineer Mike Moore will make a clarification presentation of his report to the Lauren Board of Directors and HVAC Committee on:

All are invited to attend the session.
If you are going to attend the Board feels it is essential that you read the Moore "2nd Opinion" report PRIOR to the meeting.
- Copies will be provided by the Property Manager, Walter Krolman, upon request.
- Submit questions on the report in writing to Walter Krolman by close of business on March 14th to allow for a thoughtful, educated response by the professionals….Michael Moore and Jim McNabb, our engineers.
Meeting Protocol:
- The open discussion during the primary meeting will be limited to Board Members and HVAC Committee members re questions and the clarifications. · Previously submitted questions will be addressed during the primary meeting / discussion. ·
- Follow up / additional questions will be taken from the floor following our primary review and clarification directly with the engineers.
- "Statements", embellishments, opinions, and the like beyond actual "follow up" questions from the floor will be limited to 2 minutes per non - Board / non- HVAC Committee member
