Please be advised that as an integral part of the association’s 2006 budget the Lauren’s Board of Directors has revised the operating charges for the laundry equipment that the association owns. On or about January 3, 2006 the cost for one cycle (either wash or dry) will become one dollar twenty five cents ($1.25), as opposed to the current one dollar ($1.00) All other aspects such as length of cycle (1 hour for the dryers) and ability to operate via either coin or credit will remain the same.
