The Lauren Condominium Association

Please be advised that the association’s elevator service providers (Schindler) reinstalled the motor on the #1 car today.

Upon testing for proper operation it was determined that additional bearings needed replacement.

Yet again, the motor has been removed from the mechanical room and sent to our service provider’s machine shop for replacement of bearings.

Regretfully this one elevator will continue to be out of service until (most likely):
