Please be advised that Cacho will be on leave from July 16-24 inclusive.
He will be out of the area during this time. With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for within-unit maintenance until his return. Work orders that are submitted during this time will be processed and repairs effected starting July 25th. Requests will be prioritized and repairs scheduled accordingly. Malfunctions affecting common areas will be resolved through the use of back-up services arranged by Lauren management. The Lauren's engineering services are on call and accessible to the Property Manager, front desk staff and the Board of Directors. Most importantly, during Cacho's absence, unit owners and/or their tenants will have to contract with outside vendors should a sudden need for their services arise in a residential unit. A short list of relevant contractors may be found at the front desk. |
