The Lauren will be conducting a cleanup/cleanout of the bicycle storage room (located on the parking garage level) in the near future. Residents are requested to label, or in other ways identify, their bikes with their unit numbers and name no later than May 4, 2005. Multicolored neon tie-on tags have been secured for resident's use. They may be found in an envelope attached to the fence outside the bike room. In addition the front desk has a supply of the tags. The actual Bicycle Room Cleanup will take place Friday - May 6, 2005Please peruse the below observations on this process and the association's storage rooms in general 1. Please be sure the identifying tags contains both your name and unit number. Please be sure it is securely attached to the bike (handlebars, frame, wheel) 2. The bicycle storage room is for the use of current residents only. 3. Please take this opportunity to dispose of outdated velocipedes, broken, excess, outgrown, or unwanted bikes. Lauren maintenance will gladly put items you want to dispose of with the routine trash for subsequent collection by our regular vendor as part of their normal service. 4. Lauren maintenance, under the supervision of management, will remove any unidentified bikes on May 6th. They will then be held for a period of 30 days to reclaimed upon proper identification. After this 30 day grace period they will be disposed of. 5. This clean out does not apply to the two storage areas used for excess household goods and the like, but these rooms will shortly undergo a similar process. 6. The bicycle storage room is currently at its capacity. Please help us free up much needed space. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Thank You! REMINDER! |
