Spring is getting close to Springing!

(and staying Sprung)

 Please be advised that the Lauren’s annual convector service has been successfully concluded and the air-conditioning is poised to go.

 We are watching the weather forecast to schedule the association’s Air Conditioning contractors activation of the COOLING system  

In the meantime the central system is still in heating mode and will be activated should outside temperature so dictate.

 When the cooling system has been started a memo will be distributed detailing nuances of in-unit operation.
