During the course of the association’s annual convector servicing (a five week period running from early March through early April) it is necessary for the safety of the maintenance staff that the boiler and circulating pumps be off while work is actually in process.

The main implication of this is that heat is not available from approximately 900AM-230PM Monday through Friday during the above referenced five week period.

While on some days the outside temperature will be mild enough so that heat will not be missed there will unfortunately be some cool, rainy days where its absence is noticed.
