The Lauren Board of Directors is continuing to evaluate the operation of the HVAC system. As you are probably aware the
Board has retained the services of a consulting engineer to assist in this process. One of the primary areas identified by the Board has been the operation of
the convector system in the living room of the 04 tier. In order to assist the engineer Lauren personnel have been asked to take measurements in the 04 tier. These will guide the
engineer as to the exact location of the units vis a vis each other, as well as in location to other building systems such as plumbing, exhaust, and exterior
walls that are in close proximity to the HVAC system. Lauren maintenance and management will be taking measurements in all units receiving this notice on:

10:00AM-2:00PM Should you need to schedule a specific time frame within the above parameters please leave at note at the front desk (to
Cacho’s attention), no later than 9:00AM Wednesday (02/09/05) morning. Please note that the procedure is relatively non-invasive. We will need access to the area by your convector as we have to
remove the lower vent covers. While we hope that the measurements obtained will suffice we do note that if additional information is necessary it may be
necessary to remove a small section of drywall above your convector at a later date. (two unit owners have already graciously and voluntarily allowed us to do
so which has allowed us to get a rough idea of location and “as built” conditions). Thank you for your assistance and cooperation! |
