This meeting is primarily devoted to the preparation of the 2005 budget.

Minutes of the prior meeting (amended if necessary) will be formally accepted as a true record of said meeting.

A Treasurer’s Report will be presented.

It is not anticipated that new Action or Review Status/Discussion items will be addressed. No Committee Reports are scheduled. It is possible that the Board will choose to bring to closure topics currently outstanding.
