We are in the midst of replacements of several mechanical components
of the HVAC system. This type of work can only take place when the main system (heating or air-conditioning) is off line and
thus it was scheduled for a transitional weather time of year.
Based on information currently supplied by the contractor we should be able to restart the system tomorrow. We have
requested both our air conditioning service and our engineering provider undertake all necessary steps to complete the changeover from air
conditioning to heat no later than tomorrow.
If the activation of the heating is going to be delayed any further additional notice will be posted.
Please be further advised that not all repairs will be completed when the heat is first turned on. Thus there will be
intermittent heat shut downs for the next few weeks. We have been assured by the contractor that these will be short in duration, and will occur
during the day. That is, heat will be turned back on before the contractor leaves for the day.
The heat will be on during the evening and night.
