Now that winter finally appears to have ended for good we will be switching over from heat to air-conditioning.
Given that even as late as last Friday heat was required because of outside temperatures were unable to schedule our air conditioning service contractor (McQuay) to do preliminary work that requires more moderate temperatures.
For example, today it was discovered that there are at least two cracks in the piping servicing the cooling tower.
G&L Mechanical will replace the damaged pipes tomorrow. McQuay will be here on Wednesday to start up the air conditioning system for the season.
