There will be a forum to discuss the recent mechanical work that has affected the 10th floor in particular. It will be held:

Association Business Office (top floor next to the pool)
Rebecca Kane, Vice-President of the Board of Directors, will be chairing the meeting. Other Board members, as available, will also attend as will Property Manager Walter Krolman.
We hope to cover topics such as the current status of the repairs, projected short and long range schedules, as well as past and future concerns.
We trust you will be able to make this meeting. However, if not please know that Ms. Kane will schedule an additional get together if necessary. You should also feel free to write a note to either the Board or Manager on any aspects of this project.
