ROOF UPDATE

 ROOFDECK IS OPEN!!

  As we estimated in our memo of June 18th we are happy to announce that the roofdeck is now open for all Lauren residents to enjoy. 

Please remember that this is a work in progress and what you experience at this moment will only bear slight similarity to the finished product.  

For example, a leak was discovered at the last minute in the pool. Welders were working all day today to correct; however, it is now hoped the pool will be filled and usable on July 1st.  

As mentioned previously items such as planters, plantings, woodwork as well as punchlist items for the roof replacement will installed/performed as expediently as possible though most likely will continue throughout the summer.   

Again, our thanks for your patience and understanding. We think the end result will be worth the wait!
