ROOF UPDATE
As mentioned by President VanderPutten at the Annual Meeting the roof's availability by the Memorial Day weekend was in the realm of possibility, though not guaranteed.
Based upon our general contractor's current schedule we are now estimating that the roof (and hopefully pool) will be usable by Saturday June 8th.
The railing has arrived at the contractor's shop and, after a final scan for hidden elements, should start to be installed May 30th. It is estimated that this process will take one week.
Items such as planters, plantings, furniture as well as punchlist items for the roof replacement will installed/performed as expediently as possible.
Again, our thanks for your patience and understanding. We think the end result will be worth the wait!
