Residents of the Lauren During the next few weeks The Lauren will be performing
semi-annual servicing of convectors. As you are aware these units are
integral to the functioning of the central heating and cooling system
of the association. You are also reminded that an area approximately 4-5 feet in front of the convector must be
kept clear of all furniture and the like. This will expedite
the work and will also eliminate the chance of accidental damage to
any property. Should Lauren maintenance have to move items to clear a
workspace the resident/owner will be charged for the extra time incurred in
servicing. In past years there have been instances of
owners/residents not abiding by this request, thus the need for this
additional memorandum. Again, if the area around the convector is not
sufficiently clear so as to allow maintenance to be performed the
offending items will be moved. Lauren personnel will exercise due care
in moving any materials, but neither they nor the association will be
responsible for any damage or breakage. Furthermore, the resident will
receive an invoice in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00) for the
extra time required to move the items. Depending upon the exact nature
of the objects involved they may, or may not, be moved back to their
original location. |
