Please be advised that the Property Manager (Walter) will be on vacation leave from February 28-March 7 inclusive.  

With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for administrative or other non-maintenance association services or inquiries until his return. Messages that are submitted during this time will be processed upon his return.   

Malfunctions affecting common areas during this period should be brought to the attention of the front desk for their further appropriate disposition.
