We have been advised that the new roof membrane will be completed tomorrow. It is anticipated that there will then be a lull in Saturday construction for several weeks.

The next stage involves the installation of a metal coping around the entire perimeter of the roof. This coping is screwed into the recently erected parapet.

The manufacturers quote a six (6) week lead time for the pavers and railing. Thus these items plus the accompanying insulation and ballast are projected to be started at the end of March/early April.
