Christmas at the Heurich House:

To stroll through the home of the Heurich family is to be swept into the ambiance of old-world elegance and charm. This house is exceptionally beautiful at Christmas time (December 3 - January 6) with the rooms decked with holiday finery.
Mr. Heurich was especially fond of Christmas and would plan all year to make the holiday special — for his family as well as his employees and the residents of the German Orphans' Home.
During the holiday season, Candlelight evenings offer a once-a-year opportunity to experience the Heurich House under the soft glow of Christmas tapers. This year, Candlelight Evenings are held 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Friday, December 14; Saturday December 15, Friday, December 21; and Friday December 28. Cost $8, $6 for members, and $3 for children under age 15.
