The Lauren, A
Condominium ROOF REPLACEMENT Within
the next few days the Board of Directors commissioned removal and
replacement of the Lauren’s original roof will commence. As you can
imagine this will be an extensive and complicated project. It will
last until approximately the end of the year. We
will attempt to keep the association’s residents up to date on the
progress of the renovation through periodic announcements. We
also ask your understanding as regards possible necessary
interruptions of daily routine which we will, of course, try to keep
to a minimum. For example, once the project commences the roofgarden
will be off limits to all occupants for obvious safety reasons. There
will also be periods when a significant amount of noise will be
generated, such as when the concrete slab that surrounds the pool is
