Please be advised that the Property Manager (Walter) will be on vacation leave from August 10-14 inclusive. 

With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for administrative or other non-maintenance association services or inquiries until his return. Messages that are submitted during this time will be processed upon his return.   

Malfunctions affecting common areas during this period should be brought to the attention of the front desk for their further appropriate disposition.  

In the unlikely event of an urgent administrative matter please contact Elizabeth VanderPutten, President of the Lauren’s Board of Directors (unit 1004) or Dwight Clark, Vice President of the Board (unit 917).
